I've spent more than 25 years helping people and businesses stay organized, solve problems and keep things running smoothly.
My background includes executive and administrative support, customer service, office management, business operations and project coordination. Along the way, I've also created training materials, employee communications, websites, digital designs and independently published books.
What I enjoy most is figuring things out. I'm naturally curious, creative and resourceful. I love researching ideas, learning new things and finding practical ways to make complicated tasks feel manageable.
I've continued building my skills in technology, web development, digital marketing, design and AI tools. Now I'm bringing that experience together to offer friendly, dependable help to individuals and small businesses.
